Leigh Community Choir has been out and about twice this Summer and the sun came out both days!
On Saturday 26th July, we were invited to perform at our first Pride in Leigh at Pennington Hall Park. We added a touch of rainbow to our uniform and entertained the crowd who were relaxing on the bowling green. Leigh Community Choir is proud to support the local LGBTQ community.
Two weeks later on Saturday 9th August, we were at The Astley Show in Lancashire Mining Museum followed by a 'flash mob' appearance, next door at The Boathouse. Thank you to the organisers for inviting us to support this very well attended local event.
